Challenges & Opportunities

This site contains information to help organisations and individuals establish successful and profitable telework initiative. However, three pre-conditions are necessary before the information can be effectively used:

Firstly, organisations and individuals should be able to respond to opportunities as and when they arise. Many specific events and changes can make telework easier and quicker to implement.

Secondly, employers, managers and individuals have to be prepared to take the potential seriously. The benefits are real but so are the challenges that will need to be overcome.

Finally, organisations and their managers should understand the ‘drivers’ that apply in their setting.
